Choose and secure a suitable date for the VIP Day with a 20% deposit. Choose a date that you (or a designated team member) can be available throughout the day for connecting virtually.
Complete a few short intake forms, so that we have everything we need to access, design and build your online course, just the way you dream of it!
We will connect with you (or your team member) throughout the day to provide updates, ask for feedback and any other questions that might come up. Then we'll meet at the end of the day for the BIG REVEAL and our wrap up call.
You will end the day with a ready-to-market online course, that you can begin taking enrollments for immediately!
You will also receive access to a portal, full of instructional videos so that you can maintain your course moving forwards, plus 2 weeks of tech support, so that we can tweak anything that you'd like changed, or in case you need help with anything else relating to the course.
All video, educational resources, and written content to be provided by you. The course will be built on either Kajabi, Zenler, Simplero, Thinkific or Teachable (your choice, and something we’ll discuss beforehand).

Most of your work will already be done before the VIP Day (by completing several intake forms that should take no longer than 15/20 minutes each).
We'll exchange messages on the day, but the best thing about the VIP Day is for the most part, you get to sit back and watch your online course unfold!
We'll jump on a very informal, 20-30 minute Zoom call, where we'll get to know each other a little bit, I'll ask you a few questions about your business and what you want to achieve with a new or improved online course.
I'll explain how the Online Course VIP Day works, the pricing, what's included, and my promise to you.
You'll have the opportunity to ask any questions you have.
If anything comes up in the conversation where I feel I can offer tips, advice or value, I will!
(So at minimum you'll absolutely leave our call with something useful to implement!)
If we both feel that it's a good fit, I'll invite for us to work together. And if it's not a good fit for now, we'll part as friends!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How are you doing this in a day?
Sharp Business Support is made up of a team of online business support professionals, with 8 years experience in creating online courses. There isn’t much we don’t know about how to put all of the pieces together and get over any hurdles that come up. (We know certain hacks that these course providers will charge extra for!) The whole process comes very naturally to us, which means we can work quickly and effectively without compromising on quality. We will have your completed intake forms, and with the option of consulting with you quickly on minor decisions as we move through the project, there is no reason we can’t complete everything in one day.
I don’t have the time to dedicate a whole day.
You only need 1-3 hours to complete your intake forms up to a few days before the VIP Day, and 2 hours on the VIP Day itself for our calls. You can have us communicate with a team member if preferred. Like any project, there is always an initial outlay of some time, but the amount of time you save in the long run by not having to create this yourself far outweighs the handful of hours required up front.
I want to drip feed content, which means I need longer than a day to create my course.
If you want to drip feed content that doesn't exist right away, because you're releasing 'live' sessions over a period of time, we can still use the 'VIP Day' service to get everything set up and running. We will then work with you over the coming weeks/months to make sure the rest of your content is published as and when it's created.
I don’t want my course built on Kajabi, Teachable or Thinkific. Do you work with any other platforms?
We do build courses on WordPress, and are happy to work on this project with you, but because of the additional complexity that comes with building a course on WordPress, this does fall out of our 'Done in a Day' scope. Book a discovery call anyway, and we can go through what this project looks like.
Do I need a website or other online tools?
You do not need a website. If you don't have a website yet, you might consider choosing Kajabi as your platform, as they offer website building features and much more in the way of online business tools. Your “tech stack” is something we’ll go over on the discovery call, and we’ll give advice on what you need based on what you already have and what you want to achieve.
What if I need more help afterwards?
You will be provided with screen recordings to walk you through your platform, how to make edits, create new lessons, set up integrations, and everything that you will need to maintain and add to your course moving forward. You will also have our tech support for 2 weeks, to fix or change or show you anything that comes up in those early days while the dust settles.
Will you write my emails and sales page for me?
We don’t offer copywriting as a service, but we do have a few great contacts that we can put you in touch with. We do ask that written content be provided, but if we feel that we can add something of value to sales copy or delivery emails from what we’ve seen work well in the past, then we will communicate this to you.
I don't have a logo or branding templates.
You don’t need a logo or branding to have an online course. As long as you have in mind a general look and feel, we can do the rest in putting together an attractive and user friendly course for your clients.
