"I wish I'd found her sooner.

As my business continued to grow year upon year, I found myself in the position where I was doing every business task myself. This was taking up a huge amount of my time and I was becoming increasingly stressed and burned out trying to keep up. Fortunately I came across Sam via social media and after being impressed with her website and arranging a consultation, we decided to work together.

Admittedly I was somewhat apprehensive about 'giving the reins' over to someone else having always been the person in control of my business, but after just a few days working with Sam, any concerns I had very quickly diminished. Sam is incredibly professional and completes everything that is asked of her (and more) in a timely manner and to a very high standard, especially when it comes to communicating with my customers. Sam frequently goes above and beyond what is expected of her and often manages to tackle problems herself without requiring any further input from me using her problem solving skills.

I now benefit from a much better work-life balance and find myself with a much more manageable schedule and a lot more free time. I'm very grateful to have Sam as part of my team and only wish I had found her sooner; having her on board has definitely contributed to a better quality of life for me."
